Favourite moment on the project?

•⁠  ⁠I think once we built the first edit together, Billy and I watched it through and thought. ‘Yeah this is gonna work’ 

Toughest moment on the project?

•⁠  ⁠Figuring out the transition into the first chorus, we had a few different ways to go it but giving it the impact we wanted was hard. 

Favourite shot?

•⁠  ⁠I love the shot of her on the steps looking out the window but probably the front on shot in the car. The side eye when they walk past is so good. 

MVP on the project?

•⁠  ⁠Rj and Billy, to get what they got with such a little amount of film they had is a serious achievement. I don’t think there’s a shot we didn’t use. 

Where did you personally cook the most on this project?

•⁠  ⁠Building the narrative and getting into the minute tweaks to make the video feel a contrast of modern and film noir. I really enjoyed splitting that contrast and leaning into the film.
